Shipping & Returns



Shipping

Although it is called Shipping, your order will most likely travel on an Aircraft or a Van, making for a much speedier delivery.

  • Orders are sent from Melbourne, Australia. We can send to anywhere in Australia and anywhere in New Zealand. They don't weigh all that much so the cost isn't too high to NZ.
  • Delivery times will vary depending on your location but it is our aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment. If there is any delay in stocking your item or sending it off, we will do our best to let you know.
  • Is your Gift Pack time sensitive? Please let us know in the "Shipping Instructions" in Step 1 of your order and we'll bend over backwards to try and meet that time. 
  • All orders are sent with Australia Post and can be sent to household/work addresses or PO Boxes.
  • Please don't stress if your order takes longer than you had expected or hoped. We can work it out if you email us on info@thirstypets.com.au and let us know. There's usually an answer to every problem!
  • As an option for you, Registered Postage is available for a small additional cost at Check Out.

Thirsty Pets will do our best to advise of the status of your order or to find out where it is if you have experienced delays. Please allow up to 10 working days from your order before requesting assistance or an update.


Returns & Replacements

If you are not 100% entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the unwanted product(s) for a full refund - no questions asked and hassle-free.

Return to: Thirsty Pets, PO Box 383, Carlton North VIC 3054 and enclose a note with your order number and return address so we can send you a refund cheque. Refund is on product only and does not include original or return postage costs.

IMPORTANT :: Return postage is at your own cost. The return must be sent via Registered Post and sent within 30 days of your purchase.
